The Nordic Climate Finance Summit (9–10 September 2026, Oslo) gathers finance, government and industry around one question: how to mobilise capital for climate and nature at scale. On Wednesday 9 September, Lloyd D. Le Page — Founder and Group Chairman of Sarnian Group, and co-founder of Regenera Natural Capital — gives a keynote, followed by the panel he convened.

From Fragmentation to Function: Building the Infrastructure for Regenerative Markets asks what it takes to turn regenerative opportunities into credible, investable markets — what has to come together across capital, evidence, governance, markets and execution. It is moderated by Erika Johansson, Founder and CEO of Fellow Future and Sarnian's partner in Regenera. Joining the conversation: Sharon Rubin, COO, Eretz Angels, on early-stage innovation and validation; Jens Böhme, CEO, Nature Development Company, on restoration and biodiversity finance; Eva Teekens, CCO, Jord, on capital, investability and operational resilience; and Nito Simonsen, Co-founder and CEO, ClimatePoint, on institutional capital and scaling climate and nature finance. Lloyd brings agribusiness, investment, innovation and market execution.

The argument is the Group's own. Regeneration scales when natural capital produces real operating cash flows, not when an environmental benefit is treated as the product. An outcome becomes an investable unit only when it is measured, independently verified and additional — measurement, reporting and verification is market infrastructure, as accounting standards and audit are for capital markets. And a project financed on a single credit price stays hard to finance, where one that stacks contracted demand, product revenue and verified environmental value around the same physical asset does not.

12:25–13:25, Harriet Backer Hall, The National Museum, Oslo. If you are at the summit, come and join the conversation.
